Where is my order?

Order # 5951 place on November 26 never arrived! You keep asking me for reviews, and I keep e-mailing you, but get NO response! The tracking for this order says it is still in preshipment, waiting to be picked up. I have no way to know where it is. I had to shop elsewhere for holiday gifts. But I'm still out the money I paid for soap I never got! I look thru the reviews and see this has happened to quite a few customers. Why won't you contact me to rectify this?
